The Jackpot Community Trust is an independent grant-making charity that distributes funding generated through three society lotteries: The Scotto, What a Lotto and the Scottish Children’s Lottery. All three lotteries are owned and operated by MBC ELM Limited, a company registered in Scotland (Company Number SC513712), with registered office at 147 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4SN.
The Trust is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 61537.
